London Victorian public toilets Ladies and Gents poster

Victorian public toilets poster in London, “LADIES GENTS”

On a sunny London square, a Victorian public toilet pavilion in ornate green cast iron shows its 2 entrances, each marked with an oval medallion bearing the silhouette of a lady or a gentleman. A lady in a long powder-pink dress and a man in a bowler hat each head toward their door, with a seriousness that brings a smile. Around them, flower beds, a bench and red brick houses complete the setting. This toilet poster is full of humor, under the title “LADIES GENTS”.

A funny and chic poster for the powder room

It is obviously made for a powder room or a washroom, where it will make every visitor smile. Its greens, powder pinks and brick reds go well with white tiles, floral wallpaper, brass and dark wood. It can sit alongside other humorous posters or views of London. It makes a fun gift for a housewarming, for an Anglophile, for a London lover or for friends who are finally looking for something to decorate their powder room.
