Chamonix Vallée Blanche glacier skier poster

Chamonix poster, skier in a red jacket facing Mont Blanc

In a red jacket, a skier glides across the wide Vallée Blanche glacier above Chamonix, leaving brand-new tracks behind. In the distance rises the white dome of Mont Blanc, and off to the side, very close, stands the rocky silhouette of the Aiguille du Midi. On this landscape-format poster, the little red spot of the skier gives the scale of the mountain. The style echoes illustrated winter sports posters, in luminous whites and pure blues. The title “CHAMONIX” accompanies the descent.

A Chamonix poster for the living room or for a skier

In landscape format, it sits nicely above a sofa, a fireplace or an entryway bench. Its luminous whites brighten a living room, a bedroom or a chalet, and the red of the jacket can be echoed by a throw, a cushion or a lamp. It finds an echo in wood, wool, leather and gray. Alongside other posters of ski resorts, it makes a winter wall. Think of it as a gift for a passionate skier, a Chamonix regular, an instructor, or friends who head to the mountains every winter.
